The Arôme Fleurs & Fruits floral experience began in 1992. Due to the unique fusion of flowers and jelly the family business immediately captured local attention and recognition. Shortly after, the company introduced its jellies to upscale gourmet shops in Montreal. Customer reaction was phenomenal.

Interest in the floral preserves soon spread to the United States and Japan. To meet rising consumer demand, members of the family business began the arduous tasks of developing additional products and production techniques, and preparing to export Arôme Fleurs & Fruits array of unique floral worldwide.

With great success, Arôme Fleurs & Fruits increased its exposure to global food distributors through its debut at the internationally renowned New York Fancy Food Show.

In 1998, Arôme Fleurs & Fruits products were sold out before the end of the show.

In 1999, the Rose in Jelly received the Gourmet Retailer Prize for one of the most recognized products at the show.

In 2001, the Wild Rose, Lavender & Raspberry Spread was selected as one of the top 5 best spreads in America (Summer Fancy Food Show - New York).

Most recently, the Calendula, Orange & Date won a bronze medal at the Gourmet Taster Award of London, England.
